Hero's

After 5 years of marriage I was pretty sure there wasn't much to be really surprised about well I was happily wrong. Rayli got sick last night and threw up all over her bed. Now usually that's no sweat for me clean it up and move on, but as I walked in their room last night the smell over came me and I knew I needed to leave immediately. Now as I can usually handle throw up Adam on the over hand has no stomach for it the sight, the smell, the heaving of someone will have him running for the door. Well as I came to be incapable of handling the situation my dear sweet husband stepped in where he never has before. Now Adam does lots of little things here and there that makes me look at him as my hero, but last night was beyond the call of duty. I appreciate having a husband who makes up where I lack.

Our Home!!!

I can't believe we bought a house!! It's an amazing and terrifying feeling! I swear the waiting and getting moved this last two weeks has taken years off my life!! Were finally getting settled getting most things in the general direction of where they need to be!! I love it! I can't wait to start really making it my own!!

New Adventures!! New Chapters!!

Lots of exciting things happening!! Adam was excepted into the maintenance apprenticeship at work so that means we are committed to staying in Burley for at least the next 6 years which after moving 12 times in the 4 years we've been married I am so happy to be committed to staying here!! Well after finding out he got that we decided it was about time to start looking for houses!! We looked for about a minute and found a house we like well enough and decided to put offer on it!! It was a little high on the price we were wanting to spend (knowing it wasn't going to be our dream house but a great place to be while we save up for our dream house!) so we made an offer that was 11 thousand dollars less then what it was listed for  . . . and they accepted it! Adam and I couldn't believe it! So if everything goes good by next month we could be home owners!! Now this is not my dream house and I know that! It was built in the 90's so there is some very distinct taste that the builders had like green EVERYWHERE!! But one thing at a time I am so excited to put mine and Adams stamp on it!! Lots and lots of potential!! That is pretty much all I can think about lately in-between changing diapers playing dress up, and feeding feeding feeding my family! Its a really good thing that anything Adam really cares about we have pretty much the same taste and anything he doesn't care about he lets me have at it!! Gotta love that man! And a with a new house having a husband whose a handy man will come in real handy!! (like what I did there handy handy) I find myself so clever sometimes!! In other news I know longer have a "baby" she's one so now she's considered a toddler, but I still consider her my baby!! I can't believe I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old wow how time flies!! They sure are a handful but I wouldn't want my hands full of anything else!!

exhausted daughter . . .

After my husband spent 30 mins trying to get our almost two year old to go down for a nap he gave up. On a normal day when he's off working Rayli and I have a deal that if she's not ready to go down when I ask she has till 1 to go down. Well she was doing good and we passed her allowed nap time start. So the plan was just to keep her up. I had to run to town and when I got home at 3 this is what I came home to  . . .

. . .

I am getting so big its getting hard to pick up the house because I get so tired of bending over. You know those little grabber things I could totally use one these days! Rayli is a good little help if it wasn't for her short attention span. I can't believe my little girl is almost two time just flies by I swear it was just yesterday I was taking her home for the first time! So I was thinking that I should totally put Misti in the same outfit Rayli was in at the hospital . . . but my husband thinks thats cheesy. I don't know though . . . Well I have 8 weeks to decide!

Rainbow after the storm

When something good comes out of something bad! Rayli got really sick last Thursday she started throwing up starting at 1 a.m for about every half an hour till 4 p.m it was a long miserable day, but she was the sweetest thing the whole time being polite saying thank you and please without ever being prompted. She stopped throwing up but you could tell she still wasn't feeling very good very snuggly and just sweet. Well its been almost a week and her behavior hasn't changed!! She is still being so polite and just very sweet she does what I ask and I am loving it! Now I would never wish her to be sick like that ever even for this wonderful behavior it was one of the worst days ever, but she did get sick and now (well so far) I am enjoying my sweet little girl that I have missed so much this last month!!! And another upside only 9 weeks left till new baby!!
